What to put in the form so the quote is usable
Name the product (cards, tags, labels, inserts, or mixed). Give a quantity range, the finished size if you know it, and any stock or finish preference. Add the date you need the box if there is one. If artwork is not ready, write that. We price from the spec you send. A vague “make it nice” note delays the written USD quote.

What happens after you hit send
You get a reference number on screen. We review the spec and email a written USD price or a short list of questions. Nothing is an order until you approve the quote and the proof. The three fixed-price services can also be paid directly on their Stripe-hosted payment pages. This form never takes a card number.
Where the finished work goes
We ship to the studio or fulfillment address you put on the order. Service area is the United States unless a written quote names another destination. Shipping, duties, and taxes are extra unless that quote says otherwise. Production time starts after payment terms, final specs, and proof approval are in hand.
