These Terms of Service govern use of jewelryprinting.com and quotes, proofs, orders, payments, production, delivery, and customer support provided by Ornate Print LLC.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This is a plain-language document prepared for jewelryprinting.com to describe how Ornate Print LLC operates. It is provided for general information, is not legal advice, and has not been reviewed by a law firm. For guidance on your specific situation, please consult a qualified attorney.
Agreement to these terms
By using the website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, paying an invoice, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the services on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company or brand.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to request a quote or place an order.
What we provide
Ornate Print provides custom printing and packaging services, including jewelry cards, hang tags, product and care labels, packaging inserts, thank-you cards, branded mailers, design setup, proofing, print production, finishing, packing, and shipping.
We provide print and packaging services only. We do not sell jewelry, watches, gemstones, precious metals, stored-value products, financial products, regulated goods, or resale inventory.
Quotes and specifications
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including product type, quantity, size, stock, finish, artwork condition, delivery destination, and requested timing. A quote may change if the specification changes or if supplied artwork requires additional preparation.
Any "from" prices or estimates on the website are starting points for standard specifications. Final pricing is confirmed only in a written quote or invoice for your specific order.
Artwork and customer content
You are responsible for the artwork, logos, text, trademarks, images, and other content you provide. By sending content to us, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it for your packaging order.
- Your content must not infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Your content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or designed to facilitate prohibited or restricted transactions.
- You grant Ornate Print a limited license to use your content only as needed to quote, proof, produce, deliver, support, or document your order.
Proofs and approval
We prepare or provide a proof before production when required for the job. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, cut lines, hole placement, quantities, stock, finish, shipping details, and all other order details.
Once you approve a proof, the order is produced as approved. We are not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof or present in customer-supplied artwork.
Payment, deposits, and taxes
Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. We may require full payment or a deposit before proofing, materials ordering, or production begins. Amounts due must be paid in cleared funds before shipment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
All charges are for printing, design setup, materials, finishing, shipping, and related packaging services. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs, address-correction fees, and carrier charges unless the quote states otherwise.
Production, turnaround, and delivery
Production timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines begin only after required payment, final specifications, print-ready artwork, and proof approval are received.
Delays can occur because of late approvals, artwork changes, stock availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. Shipping risk and timing are addressed in our Delivery & Refund Policy.
Custom goods, cancellations, and refunds
Most orders are custom, made-to-order printed goods that cannot be resold. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund rights are limited once setup, proofing, materials ordering, or production has begun.
Detailed rules for delivery, changes, cancellations, returns, defects, reprints, and refunds are provided in the Delivery & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or restricted activity, including:
- Submitting content you do not have the right to reproduce.
- Requesting work that promotes illegal activity, fraud, hate, harassment, exploitation, or unsafe conduct.
- Using the services to sell or facilitate sales of goods or services we do not provide, including jewelry, watches, gemstones, precious metals, controlled substances, weapons, adult services, gambling, financial products, or other restricted categories.
- Attempting to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the website.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you provide. Ornate Print retains ownership of its website, brand, templates, production methods, quoting tools, internal files, and other materials we create unless a written agreement states otherwise.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, misuse, or reproduce the website, branding, templates, or service materials except as permitted by law.
Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. Our Cookie Policy explains the site's cookie and similar-technology practices. Our Trust & Security page describes security practices and customer responsibilities.
You are responsible for sending accurate contact, billing, shipping, and artwork information, and for keeping copies of source files you want to preserve.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website and services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ornate Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. For a print order, our total liability is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding the amount paid for the affected items.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ornate Print harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from content you provide, your violation of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of another party's rights.
Governing law and disputes
Ornate Print LLC is formed under Wyoming law and operates from Pottsboro, Texas. Formation state and operating location are independent. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and good-faith discussion for at least 30 days.
