Ornate Print provides printing and packaging services only. We do not sell jewelry, watches, gemstones, precious metals, financial products, regulated goods, or resale inventory.

This clear service scope helps customers, banks, and payment services understand that payments are for print production, packaging materials, finishing, and shipping.

Electronic payments, when offered, are handled by a third-party payment service designed for secure payment collection. Ornate Print does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or raw payment-card credentials on its website servers.

Customers should pay only through the Stripe-hosted payment pages linked from the fixed-price service pages, or a Stripe-hosted payment request we send after a written quote is approved. We will never ask for full card details by email or live chat. This website is not PCI DSS certified; card details are entered only on Stripe-hosted pages.

• Access to administrative systems and customer files is limited to people and providers who need access for business purposes.
• Quote requests and production files are used only to estimate, proof, produce, ship, support, or document an order.
• Technical logs may be reviewed to maintain availability, investigate abuse, and protect the site.
• We use reputable hosting, file, payment, shipping, and business-service providers appropriate for a small print studio.

Customer artwork, logos, and brand files are treated as customer-provided materials. We use them only for quote review, proofing, production, quality control, customer support, and records related to the order.

Customers should keep their own source-file backups. Ornate Print is not a long-term archive or backup service for customer artwork.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer information, we will investigate, take reasonable containment steps, and provide notices required by applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal-data breach.

Customers who suspect misuse of an invoice, payment link, shared production file, or communication should contact us promptly by phone or through the contact form.
