Who we are
Ornate Print LLC ("Ornate Print," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming. We operate a printing and packaging studio from 303 Grayson St, Pottsboro, TX 75076, USA, and provide custom printed packaging materials for jewelry sellers and boutique retailers. The Wyoming formation and the Texas operating address are separate facts.
Our website and services are intended for business customers and adult individuals requesting print and packaging services. We do not sell jewelry, watches, gemstones, precious metals, or other jewelry inventory.

Legal bases for processing
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we process information because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue legitimate business interests, or because you gave consent.

We share information only as needed to operate the business and fulfill orders:

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payments and card information
Card payments are handled on Stripe-hosted payment pages: fixed-price services are paid through the Stripe payment page linked from each service page, and an approved written quote is paid through a Stripe-hosted payment request we send. Ornate Print does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or raw payment-card credentials on its website servers.
All charges are for printing, design setup, materials, finishing, shipping, and related packaging services only. We do not accept payment for jewelry, watches, gemstones, precious metals, or similar goods.

- Order, proof, invoice, payment-status, tax, and accounting records: generally retained for up to 7 years where required for business and tax records.
- Artwork and production files: retained while needed for the order, reprint support, dispute handling, or customer-requested future work, unless deletion is requested and no legal or operational reason requires retention.
- Security and server logs: retained for a limited period unless needed to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical issues.
- Consent records: retained as needed to honor your choices, prove what preference was recorded, maintain audit records, and comply with applicable privacy obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transmission where available, limited access to customer files, and separation of payment-card handling from our website systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a personal-data breach, we will investigate, contain the incident, and provide notices required by applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, we will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and we will notify affected individuals when the law requires it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights: we will not deny goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you made a privacy request.
You can use Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices in the site footer to change optional cookie categories for this browser. The Your Privacy Choices control disables marketing technologies and sale, sharing, and targeted advertising signals for this browser.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form at jewelryprinting.com/contact or call us at +1 903 419 5716. Those are two independent methods. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address you used. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We will confirm a verifiable consumer request and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take one additional 45-day period as permitted by California law.
To request erasure: use either method above, say you want your personal information deleted, and identify the email used on the quote or order. We will delete the information we can delete and tell you if tax, order, fraud-prevention, or other legal records must be kept for a limited period.
To request a portable copy: use either method above and ask for an export. We will send a machine-readable file (CSV or JSON) of the quote, contact, and order personal information we hold about you, unless an exception applies.
